-
Each student is entitled to a maximum of one (1) lesson reschedule per month, subject to teacher and room availability.
-
Any general leave / reschedule request must be sent via WhatsApp during Cedar Education Group’s administrative working hours at least 2 working days prior to the affected lesson. For reference, Cedar Education Group’s administrative working hours are Mondays to Fridays (09:30am-1:00pm; 2:30pm-6:30pm).

If advance notice is given on time and the general leave /reschedule request is accepted, the rescheduled lesson must be attended within one (1) month of the original class date.
-
Unused reschedule requests cannot be carried over to subsequent months and are non-transferable to other students.
-
If a rescheduled class is not attended within the 1-month period, the lesson will be forfeited without refund or further rescheduling.
-
If notice is not given on time or a student has already used his / her 1 lesson reschedule request for the month, the missed class will be regarded as a late cancellation (no reschedule / no refund).
Examples:
-
On-Time Reschedule: To reschedule class on Monday, 10 January, a request must be sent via WhatsApp on or before Wednesday, 5 January (during admin hours: Mon to Fri, 09:30-1:00pm; 2:30-6:30pm).
-
Multi-Lesson Request: On 6 January, a parent requests to postpone two classes via WhatsApp: 10 January and 17 January. Because the limit is 1 rescheduled lesson per month, the student can only choose 1 class to reschedule. The second class must either be attended as usual or forfeited (no reschedule, no refund) if missed.
-
Make-Up Class Validity: If a class on 10 January is cancelled on 6 January, the make-up class must be confirmed and attended on or before 5 February (within 1 month of the 6 January cancellation date). Otherwise, the make-up class is forfeited

-
Parents must give notice via WhatsApp at least 4 hours before the scheduled class.
-

If either requirement is not met, the missed class will be regarded as a late cancellation (no reschedule / no refund).
Example:
-
For a 10:00am class, notice must be given by 6:00am on the same day. The doctor's note must be sent within 2 days of the absence. If the absence is on 10 January, the rescheduled class must be attended on or before 9 February.
